When you are responsible for finding entertainment for your corporation's next party, banquet or hospitality suite, you want to give your colleagues and friends a time they will truly enjoy. Our entertainers will represent you in a professional, dynamic and unique way so that you can rest assured your audience will be excited by humor, mystery and audience involvement.

The following is a menu of pre-qualified entertainers who have gained the approval of Chicago's Best Entertainment Inc. Our comedians, magicians, mind readers and hypnotists can perform a 40-45 minute show. When your event date, location, time and budget has been determined please contact our office and we will be happy to provide you with available videos, pictures, references and promo material on any of the following acts.

KEN MATE – COMEDY MAGICIAN: This magician is extremely well known throughout the country due to the list of name entertainers he has opened for including: Marie Osmond, Jay Leno, Chubby Checker, Loretta Lynn, Lucie Arnaz, Reba McEntire, Debbie Reynolds, Huey Lewis and the News, Chicago and many more!! Ken has a fresh approach to magic, including up-to-date humor, which makes his show interesting, as well as entertaining. His flair for keeping an audience amused with adult humor (without profanity) shows in his rebooking and full schedule. Ken Mate performs stand-up Comedy and Magic featuring material that is widely accepted throughout the country by adult audiences of all age groups. Many of his visual gags and routines require no translation for International guests. Audience's participation is a specialty of Ken Mate. However, programs without interaction are available. The unusual twists to Modern Magic laced with comedy create both amazement and laughter. Introductions, announcements, and humorous comments can be added to most programs that require a person to host the event. This entertainer is a must see!! Includes a forty-five minute show. (He will need a microphone with sound system and a stage area.)
TIM CLUE – COMEDIAN: The only clue Tim Clue has is how to make his unique brand of clean character charged comedy play to all ages. Now in his 13th year of Stand-up, Tim is one of Chicago's top performers. His special brand of humor is based on simple truths and perhaps the funniest family bits in the business. To give you a better idea of what this comic is about he wrote and produced his own show entitled The Pain of Growing Up Normal. But, Tim is far from normal… he recently finished writing and directing a sitcom pilot, which premiered at last years Chicago Comedy Festival. This year he has been asked back to perform at Milwaukee's renowned Summer Fest and another performance at next year's Microsoft Office Conference. Tim will also be taking his act this year to Seattle, Denver, Washington and Atlanta just to name a few.
SPIKE MANTON – COMEDIAN: Spike Manton is not your typical entertainer. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Bradley University with a Business Economics degree, Spike went to the fast track in sales management to the fast track in sales management with Procter & Gamble. After a couple of years moonlighting in the Chicago comedy clubs, Spike jumped tracks and turned his hobby into a career. Spike hit the stage full stream and landed his first television spot in just six months on Fox. That same year he landed his first "Evening at the Improv" show on A&E followed quickly by MTV's "1/2 Hour Comedy Hour" and Spike had made a name for himself. Soon he was headlining clubs in Las Vegas, Atlantic City and other cities all across the Country. Although he is a polished performer, Spike developed a reputation as a clever, cutting edge writer. In addition, his background in the corporate world and clean style made him one of the most requested corporate entertainers in the country.
GREG SCHWEM – COMEDIAN: Recently performing at the Chicago Improv, Greg has a gift to make a room of people laugh while he presents himself as a clean-cut guy from next door. Greg's fresh way of presenting his own jokes really leaves audiences in stitches because he picks a variety of topics, which we all can relate to. He makes fun of the obvious and allows you to think, "How does that apply to me?" If you would like to review Greg's video, I would be happy to send it to you. For a comedian in Chicago, Greg has truly survived with flying colors and is now performing at numerous conventions and corporate events.
MIKE TOOMEY - COMEDIAN: With his sharp delivery, quick wit, and identifiable style, Mike Toomey has been a favorite at comedy clubs and special events since 1982. Mike has appeared in concert with such names as Wayne Newton, Crosby, Stills & Nash, The Four Tops, Drew Carey, George Carlin, and Reba McIntyre. He has performed on numerous television programs including HBO's U.S. Comedy Arts Festival, MTV's half-hour Comedy Hour and A&E Comedy on the Road. The Chicago Tribune calls Mike, "One of the funniest and most talented performers to ever work in Chicago." Chicago radio legend, Steve Dahl, says, "He's a very talented and funny guy!" For and evening of uncontrollable laughs, Mike Toomey is a sure choice!
TIM CAVANAGH - COMEDIAN: Tim is a national touring comedian who has entertained a wide variety of audiences for over 15 years. In nightclubs, college, radio and corporate settings, Tim's clean upbeat comedy has made him a favorite. Tim brings to the corporate market a fresh new style, which incorporates a blend of customized material, funny songs and jokes, fun prizes and audience-involving energy--perfect for any business gathering. Tim does his homework. Her learns as much as he can about the nature of the group prior to his performance, and then writes comedy material especially for them. Sometimes he is introduces as a "serious" speaker, like an expert in a particular field or an executive within the company's hierarchy. Other times, he is simply introduced as a comedian. In any case, the result is a hands-on, custom-made, unforgettably fun experience!
PATTI VASQUEZ - COMEDIAN: Her unique perspective on politics, family and relationships can only be described as refreshing. Her stories about growing up in an Irish-Mexican - American family cause laughter at the unique but all too familiar situations. And who hasn't worked in and unsatisfying job or experienced those humiliating moments at the doctor's office. Patti Vasquez brings these everyday events to life in each performance. Patti has entertained audiences at Zanies in Chicago, the Improv in Los Angeles and Caroline's in New York. She has shared the stage with Bill Maher, Jackie Mason, Richard Lewis, Dom Irrera, Brian Regan and many others.
CHUCK SALVO – COMEDIAN: This wonderful entertainer has performed in the top clubs in and around Chicago for the past twenty-eight years. Along with doing his own radio show Chuck has made a name for himself in the entertainment industry. He has performed in front of 100-14,000 people, so you can see how he is as up-to-date and entertaining as ever. What sets him aside from other comedians is that he uses his own stand-up piano/synthesizer, which allows him to combine a musical, show as well as a comedy special. A terrific speaker with a strong client rebooking makes this entertainer is a real hit!
KEITH BARANY – COMEDIAN: Keith has been called "One of the wittiest comics working today" by The New York Post. With an easy conversational style in his material and his audience play, Keith creates truly unique moments without victimizing the people who watch him. His subjects and the ways in which he deals with them from "Isaac Newton" to "how to win an argument" will delight anyone looking for a break from the same old derivative outlook that unfortunately peppers today's TV spectrum of stand-up offerings.
VINCE MARANTO - COMEDIAN: In the fall of 1982, Vince left his management position at a local McDonald's to pursue a career in comedy. Starting out in Chicago, he quickly became a popular regular at Funny Bone, Catch a Rising Star, Barrel of Laughs, Zanies and Funny Business. Vince is among the quickest witted comedians in the business with his shows consisting of "everyday" occurrences and audience dialogue. He appears so comfortable on stage, working an audience with a kind of deliberate and familiar ease, disarming them while demanding their attention. He has performed over 8,000 shows in clubs and colleges all over the country!
T. MARNI VOS - COMEDIAN: This entertainer is a clean and refreshing humorist. She is as funny as she is inspiring. A motivational speaker who entertains with her keynotes while she motivates and inspires her audience to be top performers at work and as individuals. T. Marni Vos became one of only seven women in 20 years to be a Finalist in the prestigious San Francisco International Stand -up Comedy Competition, where over 400 comics competed each year. She has performed for Life Time's "Girls Night Out" and opened for Jay Leno at the Comedy and Magic Club in Hermosa Beach. Chicago's Best Entertainment, Inc. has had great success when producing T. Marni Vos for our corporate clients.
PAUL FRISBIE – COMEDIAN: This comedian is regular at clubs like Zanies', K.J. Riddle's and the Funny Bone, and also appears at comedy clubs, conventions and college shows all across the country. He has opened for headline acts ranging from Michael Bolton to Bob Goldthwait. Frisbie has collaborated on material for the Tonight Show and published dozens of articles in newspapers and magazines. Clients hire him to bring humor to brochures, speeches, meetings and corporate events. Every week rain or shine Frisbie heads out to visit America. If you've got a stage and a microphone, you can hire him to come visit you.
RICK PATTON – COMEDIAN: Rick Patton's happy-go-lucky lifestyle has always caused a raised eyebrow or two, as well as laughs. His perseverance and hard work has paid off. Whether he is prying into life's everyday, bizarre situations, or reenacting childhood moments that made us all a little crazy; you are guaranteed an evening of good clean fun. Patton fits the mold as being the "All-American" kid. His goofy antics and characters are so real and very funny, combined with his observations they bring out the fun-loving kid in all of us.
TOM CROWL AND THE MRS. – COMEDY / MAGIC SHOW: Tom and Dierdre Crowl have entertained audiences throughout the world on cruise ships, at conventions, for corporate events, in theatres, at fairs and festivals. A versatile husband and wife comedy team who uses marriage and magic as vaudeville props to create a program that fully involves your audience in their insanity. If you want a unique show that will entertain your audience with good, clean fun then we recommend TOM CROWL AND THE MRS.
ROSS JOHNSON – ESP/MIND READER: This awesome entertainer accomplishes difficult-to-believe feats of mind reading, second sight, and mental projection. In other words, Ross seems to possess that which has been a mystery throughout the ages-"Extra Sensory Perception" In keeping with today's great interest in psychic phenomena; Ross presents his talents in a vitally enthusiastic and entertaining manner. With his dramatic style, this perceptive man holds audiences spellbound with amazing mental mysteries drawn from a limitless repertoire. You will be astounded when Ross forecasts what the audiences will think…and proves it! STEVE SADARO – PSYCHIC MIND READER: Stephen is ready and willing to take you on a mental adventure. During this journey, you and your audience will be amazed and astounded with his unique abilities. To put it simply, Mr. Sadaro appears to send and receive information with his mind. He will name numbers on your drivers-license or call out the serial numbers on your dollar bill. He can reveal and duplicate pictures word or color that only you have thought! Your event's journey will not only be exciting but highly entertaining. E.S.P.? Intuition? Applied Psychology? Whatever the methods Mr. Sodaro uses, you will be convinced that he knows what you're thinking!
DAVID SEEBACH – ILLUSIONIST / MAGICIAN: David is a specialist in performing large illusions, which DOUG HENNING has made famous on his TV specials. Using his various assistants, he performs many of the classic illusions, which can include the appearance of a lion! David has great comedic flavor as well, making him entertaining in addition to exciting. He often includes audience participation, which allows guests to see first hand how amazing his performance truly is. Our corporate client have enjoyed his humor which highlights the show!
RICHARD TUTACKO – ILLUSIONIST / MAGICIAN: Who said a copy machine can't fly? Or an account executive? Richard recently levitated a 210-pound guru who couldn't make it on his own. Richard Tutacko is not an ordinary top hat magician, but the third generation in a family of illusionists specializing in amazing large-scale transformations, disappearances, levitations and illusions of all kinds. He also is an escape artist who once hung upside down in a straight jacket, at the end of a burning rope, suspended high over Rush Street on a Saturday night. A show is not the only style of performance of Richard's. He also specializes in tabletop sleight -of-hand magic too!

FRANK KAY – MAGICIAN: Frank offers a variety of presentations to fit your program or party. Choose from close-up "table magic" to a full-scale stage show. HERBERT JANN – MAGICIAN: This wonderful entertainer can perform for any occasion with a magical presentation including audience participation and/or strolling close-up magic. His confidence and sophistication is noticed when he performs 300 shows a year including corporate events, holiday parties, birthday parties and back yard gatherings. Herbert has twenty-five years experience and is a successful teacher of Magic at a local college in Palatine. He lectures and performs at schools, colleges and many corporate events throughout the Chicagoland area including Ameritech, Motorola, Carson Pirie Scott and Xerox Corporation.
KEITH COBB – MAGICIAN: Keith is an incredible magician who has won awards for his close-up magic, stage magic and E.S.P. shows. He has been president of the Wizards Club of Chicago (the oldest independent magic club in Chicago) since 1996. His strolling magic includes card, rope, everyday objects and mind reading, topped off with a huge dose of comedy. Some of his most memorable audiences were The Chicago Bulls, The Forge Club, Kraft Foods and Mayor Daley's Senior Citizens picnic. With his style of incorporating humor with his magic act makes him high on our requested list.
MARSHALL BRODIEN JR. – MAGICIAN: Marshall Brodien Jr. is the son of the very famous "WIZZARD" on the Bozo Circus TV Show. Obviously magic does run in their family. Marshall has been performing his magical stunts for numerous years and for many satisfied clients. His delightful personality compliments his sleight of hand and is amazing to all that witness and participate.
MIKE HAMMER – MAGICIAN: We have found great success with Mike Hammer's zany, hilarious magic style. He is a "Must See" entertainer who has an action packed show that is loaded with audience participation and is driven by his outrageous personality. His show includes close-up magic, funny sight gags, and crazy card tricks and of course…toilet paper. Wearing his tuxedo, Mike is hard to miss when performing his walk around magic for his audience. JOSEPH SPILLER – MAGICIAN: Joseph is a full time magician who performs hundreds of shows a year for companies and associations. A graduate of the Chavez school of magic, Joseph can create incredible presentations for sales meetings, conventions, trade shows, hospitality suites and many corporate social parties. Combining magic, comedy, and audience participation, Joseph will help make your event memorable and successful. He will customize routines, design illusions and create stunning effects that will be amazing and entertaining.
STEVE BELLIVEAU – MAGICIAN: Steve can make your party memorable by providing his close-up magic while mingling with your guests at a cocktail gathering or performing an after dinner stage show including live rabbits, mind reading and a murder mystery where a spectator is the hero. For the past twelve years he has been developing his excellent style of magic. FREDERICK WINTERS – HYPNOTIST: The comedy of hypnosis is the hottest, most captivating entertainment today. With the snap of his fingers, Frederick Winters escorts volunteers on a journey into their imaginations, providing unlimited laughter and excitement. Whether performing for a sales conference, corporate retreat, awards banquet or any party, Frederick turns any event into years of hysterically funny memories. This unique entertainer is the perfect alternative to an after-dinner speaker. He commands the stage powerfully and immediately captivates his audience. Under the power of suggestion, volunteers enter a SAFE and deep state of imagination and respond to entertaining suggestions with unconditional sincerity. Hidden talents are activated as volunteers become opera singers, washing machines, and the newly appointed CEO of you organization. THE ROPE WARRIOR – DYNAMIC JUMPING ROPE SHOW: David Fisher is a lean, mean, jumping machine who executes stunts that most of us can't even imagine - using a jump rope, and is the current Guinness World Record holder for the most "Rump Jumps" (jumping rope while reclining on his bottom) in one minute: 56. He performs at over 15 schools assemblies nationwide per week during the school year (reaching over 5,000 kids per week). He also performs at an assortment of public events and private parties, and yet one of the questions he's most often asked is "But what do you do for a living?" His exciting show contains a program that incorporates rope jumping, rhythmic gymnastics, dance, martial arts and aerobics into a fun, creative and beneficial cardiovascular activity. His ropes have been timed at a moving speed of over 100mph.
DAVE CARLSON – ELVIS IMPERSONATOR: "Elvis, dead or alive" the headlines read. With this entertainer you will have to ask yourself that question. Our KING has performed for numerous company functions nationally and would be a sight to see and hear at your event. He performs a few Elvis hits wearing his rhinestone/studded jump suit, often seen by many concert attendees and is available for picture taking. Since 1974, Dave Carlson has traveled extensively doing his "Tribute to Elvis" shows in live performances across the United States and Canada. Career highlights include appearing in concert with Elvis' original Jordanairres; winning first place Best Male Vocalist, Country Talent Shindig sponsored by Country Style Magazine, 1977; performing in both Hugh Heifer's Chicago Mansion and the Chicago Playboy Club. He also starred in "Elvis Mania" at the well-known Holiday Star Theater in Merrillville, Indiana yearly in January.
